Shipping policy

We ship orders by Royal mail tracked. We charge £3.95 for standard delivery (2-4 days) and £4.95 for express delivery (1-3 days). We aim to ship orders within 24 hours – but please allow up to 48 hours for processing.  We will e mail you with tracking details once your order has shipped.

International orders are shipped by Royal mail tracked and signed. As we are based in the United Kingdom, customers in the EU and rest of the world may be charged import duties and taxes when ordering from us. Shipping is charged by destination and by the following zones:

ZONE 1

North America, South America, Africa, The Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia

ZONE 2

All other countries except Zone 1 and 3

ZONE 3

USA

Please note that we do not deliver to PO box addresses.

We deliver to all countries outside the UK on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Therefore the customer will be liable to pay for any local sales tax or improt duty which may apply to any purchase. JENA.THEO/ ROLLING DRUMS STUDIO LTD. cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities either confiscate or charge any import duty.Brexit may cause delays with shipping to the EU.
